Two FEU players busted for reported marijuana possession

Two members of the Far Eastern University Tamaraws were arrested early Wednesday for reported marijuana possession.
According to the police report, FEU players Anthony Hargrove and Adam Mohammed were at the corner of N. Reyes and Recto in Sampaloc, Manila when patrolling policemen approached them. The policemen then allegedly discovered the marijuana in their possession.
Both Hargrove and Mohammed are Canadian nationals. Hargrove was the team’s starting center this season, while Mohammed is serving residency.
UAAP secretary-general Junel Baculi of host National University said the league board was set to meet Wednesday afternoon to discuss the case.
Incoming FEU coach Nash Racela refused to comment on the issue. “Haven’t confirmed the news with FEU yet. Sorry can’t comment right now,” he wrote in a text message to News5.
